If verified by the carrier or insurance company, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

6. Replacement Conditions

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
However, in case the product is delivered in damaged condition:

You must notify us within 48 hours
Provide clear images and videos
Lodge a formal complaint with the local courier and insurance company
