2. Packaging & Insurance

We use premium packing materials to ensure protection. Although we take utmost care, 100% safe delivery isn’t guaranteed, as instruments may be damaged during transit due to mishandling.
All our shipments are insured, and any applicable claims must be settled through the carrier or insurance provider .

3. Shipping Timeframe

  • Standard orders are dispatched within the timeframe specified on the product page.
  • Occasionally, shipping may take longer:
    • Air/ Surface shipping: up to 15–20 additional business days
    • Sea shipping: up to 40–60 business days

You can track your shipment using the provided AWB/Tracking number on the carrier’s website.

4. Damaged Shipments & Replacements

  • Inspect your package for damage before accepting delivery.
  • If packaging appears damaged or the instrument is not in good condition:
    1. Note it on the delivery receipt
    2. Lodge a complaint with the local carrier and insurance company
    3. Email us within 48 hours at info@calmusical.com with:
      • Your Order ID
      • Images/videos of the damage
      • Confirmation of carrier complaint

Once the insurance claim is approved, we will initiate a replacement shipment as soon as possible.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included in our pricing and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs authorities for more information.
